Automatic wax candle making machine

Application:

 

We specialize in producing complete sets of fully automatic wax candle

making machine. The machine is used to make plain wax candle,church

candle, lighting candle, ESPECIALY FOR THE BIRTHDAY CANDLE.

They are innovative and very productive. They can be used to produce

plain type or candy striped two tone birthday candles

 from the sizes of 3mm to 8 mm diameter and from 50mm to 200mm length.

The output is up to 180pcs./min.

The production line include the following parts:

1. wax  candle shaping machine

Power: 0.3-0.5kw

Application: milling the wax rod into candle shape

and cut into pre set length

optional function:

 Milling the spiral groove on the wax rod  and make

it into two color candle (the grooved or removed surface

will show the prime color or core wax color)

 

chamfering the wax rod/candle head automatically

Candle length is adjustable with DLC motor

 

2. Wax rod forming machine

The wax rod forming machine is used to make candle 

through pulling the wick in the liquid wax tank repeatedly 

until the candle up to the required diameter.

 The liquid wax tank is doublewall wax electric heater,

 it can keep the wax atstable temperature. 

The heating power is 1.5kw.

 

3. Cooling water tank 

The tank is used to cool the wax rod until the wax become 

stiff, then feed the rod into the birthday candle shaping 

machine

4. Titanium pigment tank

The titanium pigment tank is used to coat the titanium 

pigment on the birthday candle.
 

Power supply: 220V,50HZ.

Operator/worker required: 1

 

The operation video will be offered with the

production line when delivery

 

if you want to make the lighting candle in diameter

more than 8mm, we can make the custom machine

for you. we can update the machine to make the candle

in diameter upto 12mm.
